Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America) The Program Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Youth Act team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and serving as a vital connection between families, providers, and staff. This position is responsible for managing program communications, maintaining accurate records, assisting with billing and authorizations, and supporting the clinical team in both routine and urgent situations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and dedicated to helping youth and families access essential mental health services. Responsibilities:

Manage incoming program calls, provide information, respond to non-clinical inquiries, and direct calls appropriately. Take and relay messages, triage calls based on urgency, and dispatch the clinical team in response to crises. Open and close charts, file documentation, and prepare records for supervisor review. Respond to all requests from CSPOA in a timely manner. Complete medication prior authorizations as needed. Run and review billing reports to ensure accuracy and collaborate with the clinical team to resolve discrepancies. Verify monthly account registrations and coordinate with the patient access team to resolve issues. Provide general administrative support to the clinical team as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements:

Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to supporting youth and families in accessing mental health care.
