Job Summary
The Healthy Careers initiative seeks to assist individuals in removing barriers and obtaining/ retaining employment in the healthcare field. This intensive case management position will work closely with healthcare partners to identify potential employees, assist with employment, and mentor participants in reaching new steps of the career ladder. The position follows the State of TN holiday and inclement weather policies. All annual leave must be expended before termination of the grant or upon exiting the university. No provision exists for the payout of any annual leave hours not used.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR (3) years of experience in a social services/social science-related field. Preferred Qualifications
Case management experience.
