Shipping & Inventory Coordinator
to join our team in
Payson, Utah , supporting critical logistics functions including inventory transfers, customer shipping, and order staging. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and experienced with ERP systems like
INFOR , we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: Staging & Quality
Stage outbound loads according to customer specs (labeling, shipping paperwork, inspections). Conduct visual checks and photo documentation of finished loads. Label and store received materials per inventory ownership guidelines. Documentation & ERP Transactions Accurately complete Bills of Lading, pick tickets, and transfer order forms. Maintain documentation for payment processing and audit trail compliance. Execute

INFOR
ERP. Shipping & Transfers Manage customer shipments and ensure readiness for invoicing. Oversee internal transfers between facilities, including receiving and re-staging. Other Duties Direct loaders and pullers to ensure fulfillment accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Identify part numbers and verify shipment details in a high-volume setting. What You Bring: High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred. 2+ years
of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience. ERP experience required- INFOR preferred . Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing. Detail-focused with strong math and documentation skills. Familiarity with inventory ownership models, inter-facility transfers, and audit compliance. Skills That Make You Stand Out: Strong math skills: add/subtract/multiply/divide whole numbers, fractions, decimals. Able to reconcile physical inventory with system records and flag discrepancies. Effective communicator and team player. Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced conditions.
