Be the critical link between production, inventory, and logistics. We're seeking a highly organized and detail-driven
Receiving/Inventory Coordinator
to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for processing PO receipts, managing order staging, executing inventory transactions, and ensuring product quality-all while maintaining accuracy across our ERP system ( INFOR ) and supporting an updated inventory ownership structure. Key Responsibilities:
Process
PO Receipts
for raw materials, finished goods, and inbound containers. Perform
Just-in-Time (JIT)
transactions and record
manufacturing order receipts . Maintain accurate inventory data in
INFOR , including item specs, BOMs, and cost structures. Execute and document
inventory audits ,
physical counts , and reconciliations. Coordinate
inbound and outbound shipments , label products, and perform quality inspections. Document and escalate
inventory variances , damages, or order discrepancies. What You Bring: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain or logistics preferred. At least
2 years of experience
in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control. Proficient with ERP systems- INFOR experience strongly preferred . Strong understanding of inventory control, ownership tracking, and BOM structures. High attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and system/data integrity. Physical ability to lift up to
50 lbs , stand or walk for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Familiar with domestic/international shipping processes and documentation (e.g., BOLs, transfer orders). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently and collaborating with multiple departments. Willingness to work overtime or adjusted hours during audit or high-volume periods. Why Join Us?
