ServiceNow Systems Analyst

The Product Owner Consultant will consult/analyze and deliver on more complex assignments/projects to deliver products that achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction. You will act as a resource to applicable internal/external stakeholders to convey the overall business vision into more complex technical requirements. ServiceNow is an industry leading cloud-based platform that provides a suite of applications used across Lincoln to automate IT and business processes. In this role, you will collaborate with Process Owners and Requestors across IT and the Business enabling the Agile Support team to define and deliver on the strategic roadmap. The Business Analyst will manage features, document user stories, and collaborate with the Platform Owner to prioritize the backlog and evaluate current processes to create solutions to meet needs, goals, and objectives of the business. You will champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives. You will serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects. You will identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality. You will consults/analyze/lead on more complex assignments and/or projects. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and management to gather and support prioritization of complex business requirements, providing recommendations, managing expectations and communicating progress effectively. You will continuously prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team is focused on the highest value work. You will prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business needs, customer feedback, and technical considerations. You will consult and act as a resource to appropriate internal/external stakeholders to assess and propose solutions to stated business problems. You will translates and conveys the overall business vision into more complex technical requirements and tactics for product development. You will clearly articulates, documents, and validates more complex technical requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies. You will provide direction and collaborates effectively with appropriate stakeholders on complex issues and conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, quality and risk of assigned projects. You will escalate more complex issues/conflicts to management as needed. You will partner with Platform Owner and other stakeholders to understand Process Owner needs, emerging trends to refine the roadmap. You will stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices to continuously improve the platform. Must-Have Experience (Required): 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's). 3 - 5+ Years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, or other Agile-related role within a development team that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position Proven track record as a strong collaborator and communicator. Ability to read, analyze and interpret both internal and external documents such as general media/publications, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, policies, proposals, and standard operating procedures. Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) or related domains or ServiceNow modules Strong analytical skills, attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
