As an Assistant Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Associate Sourcing Manager to assist with the product management of programs including time and action calendars, cost and cost negotiations, and vendor communication. Key Responsibilities

Partner with Associate Manager on seasonal Sourcing recaps, flow plans, costing information and vendor placements. Work closely and support Associate Manager on lead times to maximize flexibility and speed for initial orders and reorders. Assist in analyzing costs based on corporate cost direction. Review development timelines to support production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Review and solve delivery and production issues/options with merchants/designers as they arise. Monitor and track Proto, line adoption and photo samples to calendar milestones dates and all sample, fabric, and CAD development tracking. Fabric / Trim Development - send out counter developments to vendors and track all submits and review with Management. Communicate and follow up with vendors, mills and cross-functional partners daily. Update product development and production data as required. Secure Proto yardage and maintain fabric development chart. Attend Weekly Omni Meetings. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Retail Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing or related field. Minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in product management and sourcing. Ability to problem solve, prioritize and work independently. Strong analytical skills. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Outstanding prioritization and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Results and goal-oriented. Ability to adapt to change and prioritize workload. Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables), Word, Business Objects, IPLM.
