Senior Executive Assistant
to support their CEO. This role involves coordinating media events and supporting marketing, sales, and promotional efforts, making it ideal for ambitious professionals eager to contribute to a creative and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
Manage meetings, take detailed notes, and document actionable next steps.
Develop project plans, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of tasks.
Support executive decision-making by providing relevant notes and research materials.
Research and prepare briefs for sales calls, media appearances, and events.
Schedule meetings and appointments, manage the CEO's calendar and email inbox, draft emails, and optimize workflow.
Book travel arrangements including hotels, flights, and transportation.
Create presentations for events, including research, talking points, and deck design.
Prepare weekly social media content ideas based on daily activities and review all social media content to streamline the CEO's review process.
Maintain and update a file management system for personal and company documents, and improve company file management processes.
Skill Competencies
Experience supporting marketing, PR, and sales initiatives in an executive support role.
Excellent responsiveness and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong project management skills, with a passion for planning, team coordination, and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with productivity tools and a passion for optimizing workflows.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000, based on experience. Hybrid in NYC.
