Join our Manufacturing team as a Chemical Mixer, where you'll play a key role in producing high-quality materials by accurately measuring and mixing chemical ingredients. This hands-on role uses both manual and computer-guided processes to ensure every batch meets our standards for safety, consistency, and quality. Shift Information 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m. Shift Differential: Additional $0.50/hour Training Period: Temporary schedule adjustment to overlap with 1st Shift team Job Duties Accurately measure, weigh, and add chemical raw materials using both manual and automated processes Manufacture materials by following batch cards and computer-based mixing instructions Apply knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure safe handling of materials Perform routine batch quality checks to maintain product consistency and compliance Clean and sanitize mixing equipment at scheduled intervals Monitor product integrity and stop operations if specifications are not met Support training of new mixers and assist other lines as needed Follow all safety guidelines and proactively recommend improvements Perform additional duties as required to support manufacturing operations Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 34 years of batch mixing experience in hand cleaner or related industry Comfortable using computers and production software Certified to operate lift trucks (low-lift, fork-lift, and high-lift) Ability to understand and carry out oral and/or written instructions accurately Compensation Information: Pay Rate: $22 - $26 depending on experience.
