Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with high-net-worth (HNW) accounts, providing exceptional service and expertise in personal lines insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quoting new and renewal business and the ability to build strong relationships with carriers and clients. This is an onsite position, offering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Quote new and renewal business, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs. Collaborate with carriers to market and negotiate coverage options. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Epic software system. Provide expert guidance on coverages. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license. Experience:
4+ years of experience in personal lines account management, with a focus on high-net-worth accounts. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Epic software is required. Soft Skills: Strong knowledge of HNW coverages. Ability to "dig in" and effectively market with carriers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
