We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Baker to support our high-volume bread and bun production for restaurants and clients across Las Vegas. Position Summary: As a Baker at 1228 Main, you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of breads and buns in large quantities for daily deliveries. We are looking for someone with general bakery experience and a solid understanding of the bread-making processfrom mixing to shaping to baking. This role is specifically an overnight/early morning position (2:00 AM 10:00 AM shift), ideal for someone who thrives in quiet, focused production hours and is dependable during off-peak schedules.
