Prepare, bake, and present a wide variety of pastries, desserts, breads, chocolates, and specialty items Assist in creating plated desserts, sauces, and ice creams that meet brand standards for taste and presentation Maintain and execute standard pastry recipes with consistency and precision Ensure all pastry and bakery production meets Wolfgang Puck's quality, taste, and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and Health Department compliance in all pastry areas Manage time effectively to meet production schedules and service timelines Collaborate closely with the culinary team to deliver seamless service Adhere to proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols Qualifications;

Culinary certification preferred, but not required 2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar pastry role Basic knowledge of dessert plating, sauces, chocolate work, ice cream, and baking fundamentals Must demonstrate punctuality, a strong sense of urgency, and excellent time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong understanding of pastry production, inventory control, and quality standards Ability to execute precise recipes and create visually appealing presentations Team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of equipment care, food safety, and sanitation standards Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally Comfortable working around heat, sharp equipment, and kitchen machinery Work Environment:

Primarily in an indoor kitchen setting with exposure to ovens, mixers, steam, and cleaning agents Moderate to high noise levels depending on kitchen activity
