Project Engineer
We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead the delivery of black utility systems and HVAC infrastructure from design through installation and handover to CQV. This role involves developing and managing schedules, execution strategies, and resource planning for assigned packages. Responsibilities: Coordinate with design teams, vendors, construction, QA, and end users to ensure alignment and timely execution. Oversee FAT/SAT readiness and ensure systems meet GMP, safety, and quality standards. Act as the SME and point of contact for all process-related queries within the black utilities and HVAC scope. Essential Skills: Construction management Project engineering HVAC Project coordination Experience with Capital Projects Additional Skills & Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering, Construction, or related field 2+ years of industry-specific experience Experience in construction, project management, engineering, mechanical engineering, HVAC systems, black utilities, GMP, design, and troubleshooting Postgraduate qualification in project management or related field is a plus Minimum 2 years of experience in the design and installation of black utilities and HVAC systems Proven experience working on capital projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget Familiarity with GMP environments, cleanroom HVAC requirements, and commissioning processes Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills Work Environment: The role requires reporting to an overall Project Leader onsite, working 5 days a week onsite, with an anticipated project duration of 2 years. The environment offers opportunities to work on complex, high-impact capital projects with exposure to full project lifecycles, engaging in cross-functional teamwork across engineering, construction, validation, and client engagement. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
