Position Overview:
First Command is committed to helping military families get their financial lives squared away. As we continue to expand our Financial Advisor force, we are seeking leaders who have entrepreneurial mindsets and a desire for professional growth.
What our Financial Advisors do:
Act as personal coaches to military families, focusing on evolving financial plans to meet short-term and long-term goals.
Assist military families in managing day-to-day finances, building lifetime assets, and protecting against the unexpected.
Engage with the community to attract new clients, with support from the local district team and Home Office.
Partner with local military organizations, military units, and other supporting institutions.
Coach military families on building comprehensive financial plans that include savings/banking and investments/wealth management.
What we offer:
A specialized licensing and comprehensive training program designed for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
Sponsorship for full registration and licensing as a Financial Advisor, with guidance through the process.
Preparation for SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
Opportunity to join our paid training program with a local district office upon successful completion of licensing.
Initial hourly wage for 3 months, transitioning to a salaried position with progressive incentives during the remaining nine-month paid training period.
