With 165+ offices nationwide, many are located near military installations. First Command is committed to helping military families get their financial lives squared away. As we continue to expand our Financial Advisor force, we are seeking leaders who have entrepreneurial mindsets and a desire for professional growth. What our Financial Advisors do: Act as personal coaches to military families, focusing on evolving financial plans that meet both short-term and long-term goals. Help military families manage day-to-day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against the unexpected. Engage with the community to bring new clients to First Command, with the support of the local district team and Home Office. Partner with local military organizations, military units, and other supporting institutions. Coach military families on building a comprehensive financial plan that includes savings, banking, investments, and wealth management. What we offer: A specialized licensing and comprehensive training program designed for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses. Sponsorship for full registration and licensing as a Financial Advisor, with guidance through the process. Preparation and testing for SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses. Opportunity to join our paid training program with a local district office upon successful completion of licensing. Initial hourly wage for 3 months, transitioning to a salaried position with progressive incentives during the nine-month paid training period. What to expect after training: Opportunity to become an independent contractor Financial Advisor, allowing control over career trajectory and compensation based on results. No cap on earning potential: compensation reflects effort and is based on competitive commissions, residual income, bonuses, and deferred compensation. Professional development opportunities, including leadership programs and annual workshops. Flexible scheduling to manage work-life balance.
