Lab Supervisor
to lead its
Molecular/Microbiology team . This is a
full-time, salaried leadership position
ideal for an experienced Medical Technologist looking to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Molecular/Microbiology lab
Supervise, train, and support lab technologists and technicians
Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory guidelines
Monitor workflow and drive process improvements
Participate in hiring, scheduling, and performance management
Qualifications: ASCP certification (required)
Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or related field
Prior supervisory or lead technologist experience highly preferred
Strong technical knowledge in molecular/microbiology testing
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
