Our Client Accounting and Advisory Services team provides a full suite of financial advisory services, including month-end accounting services, technology implementation, and support services, CFO level consulting, and strategy. We partner with our customers to learn their financial pain points and leverage our expertise to provide solutions that help them reach their goals. Our team is innovative and forward-thinking while remaining attuned to the unique needs of each customer.
How Will You Make an Impact?
Demonstrate ability to understand and how to use the dimensions of Sage Intacct across the platform. Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities, including trusts, partnerships, and investment vehicles. Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements by dimension. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies. Develop and maintain dashboards and custom reports within Sage Intacct. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using Sage Intacct features and integrations. Collaborate with external advisors (tax, legal, investment) to support strategic planning and reporting. Support system integrations with platforms such as Addepar, Bill.com, etc. Provide training and support to team members on Sage Intacct best practices. Provide training and support to junior staff and family office personnel on Sage Intacct usage and financial processes.
How Will You Get Here?
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proven experience in system implementation or optimization projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and other financial tools; experience with integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Bill.com, Expensify) is a plus. Experience in a family office and/or technology-driven environment. Familiarity with multi-entity and dimensional accounting. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
