TEKsystems is seeking a

Customer Service Leader

to join our client's team in a

direct placement opportunity . This role is

hybrid in Omaha, NE

with an insurance company. The chosen candidate will start

as soon as possible . Responsibilities Manage a team of customer service and licensed representatives, including coaching, 1:1 meetings, mentoring, and encouragement. Track attendance, approve and record paid time off, unexcused absences, tardiness, and adjust break/lunch schedule requests. Assist with handling BBB, DOI, and social media complaints, communicating results to the requesting party. Manage complex issues unresolved by the team, potentially interacting with policyholders. Work with the Performance Coach to monitor team performance using productivity metrics. Coordinate with trainers to ensure the team stays updated on all processes and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications Willingness to obtain or hold an active property and casualty insurance license. Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience. Minimum of 1 year of management experience preferred. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Effective communication, decision-making, time management, and critical thinking skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $51,000 per year.
