Project Engineer

The Structures Group, Inc., a structural engineering firm in Williamsburg, Virginia, providing services within twenty-one (21) states, is seeking a Project Engineer with, or the ability to obtain, a P.E. license with experience focused on the design and analysis of building structures. The duties of this position include: Preparation of foundation and framing designs with accurate, detailed, and thorough design calculations for new commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects, as well as the renovation of existing facilities. Providing site visit(s) and attending design/construction conferences. Performing forensic analysis of existing structures, as well as construction administration services and Special Inspections as well as providing guidance to E.I.T./drafters.
