The Position: Were looking for a Lowboy/Flatbed Driver responsible for driving a tractor and trailer (lowboy or flat) to job sites to locate and relocate heavy equipment and materials that will be used in building, repairing, and paving of roads. This is a company driver position, and a valid Commercial Drivers License (Class A) is required. The Benefits: Our union employees enjoy the quality benefits provided by our union partners. The Location: Zenith Tech is located primarily in the Waukesha area, but projects will vary by location throughout the local area, or the state, so travel throughout the state may be required. The Candidate: Minimum two (2) years of related tractor/trailer driving experience hauling large machinery and material loads. Valid Class A CDL w/ N endorsement, current Federal Medical card and satisfactory driving record. Experience with various types of heavy equipment (preferred). Some mechanical aptitude, training and/or experience (preferred). Excellent communication skills, ability to work well with others and a working knowledge of all FMCSA regulatory rules. Must be punctual and dependable. Have the ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
