This role is responsible for the development and administrative functions of our Nextworld ERP instance and related services, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. This role configures and customizes the ERP to meet our expanding business needs, developing custom solutions and integrations using low-code automation platforms like Logic Blocks. This role develops reports and dashboards, and ensures all solutions adhere to best practices; collaborate closely with the Product team and stakeholders to bring new solutions to life. The essential functions for this position include but are not strictly limited to: Own all administrative functions including user account maintenance, regular system audits, and upgrade preparation, among other routine tasks. Configure and customize the Nextworld ERP instance, including all related packages and services, to meet our expanding business needs. Ensure all solutions follow Nextworld and general software development best practices. Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems and bugs. Develop custom solutions and integrations on the platform using Logic Blocks and other low-code automation platforms. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Work closely with our Product team and stakeholders on bringing new solutions to life. Proactively engage in improvement efforts for application design and support. Act as a point of escalation for advanced issue resolution. Work in a highly collaborative team environment with other developers. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, as needed. Performing all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Tuff Shed management JOB QUALIFICATIONS Understanding of software and application design, architecture, computer science concepts, data structures, and data models. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Proactive, self-starter personality capable of taking initiative and driving projects forward. Skill in communicating technical terms in simple language, both verbally and in writing. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software platforms as they are developed or launched. Aptitude for building and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues, end users, and technology providers. Ability to solve problems using sound logic and good business judgment Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that create a professional image for Tuff Shed Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience with ERP administration, preferred. 3+ years of experience with low/no-code platforms (e.g. Nextworld, PowerApps, Airtable, etc.), preferred. Direct experience with Nextworld ERP is significantly preferred. Experience building custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other configurable features in a low/no-code platform. Experience assessing the impact of new requirements on all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes Experience with software development or administration outside of the ERP ecosystem is a plus.
