This is 100% onsite position in Redmond, WA. It is a 6 month engagement that could extend up to 18 months.

As a Project Manager, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology by managing the development of advanced silicon chips. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a team developing cutting-edge silicon chips. You will manage the coding efforts of silicon engineers, oversee task list reviews, organize meetings, and interface with various engineering teams to ensure seamless integration for test chip development. This role is critical to the success of the team and offers a unique opportunity to work on the most advanced silicon processing nodes. Responsibilities: Manage the coding work of silicon engineers. Conduct task list reviews, schedule meetings, and coordinate with different engineering teams. Facilitate the integration of inputs from various engineering teams to enable test chip development.
Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. 8+ years of overall experience in the field. 5-8 years of experience in program management in Silicon environments. 4-5 years of demonstrated understanding of silicon engineering. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience interfacing with analog silicon teams on technical and business matters throughout the project lifecycle. Proven ability to drive program/project schedules and generate status reports. Experience creating and reviewing functional specifications for product/service implementation. Skill in organizing cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Deep understanding of analog silicon functionality and terminology.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $80 to $90 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. About Aquent Talent:
