Job Title: Customer Support Representative (German Speaking) Job Location: Fully Remote (EST & CST Time zone) Job Duration: 3 months Contract (Part-Time; 20-40 hours per week) 2nd Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM

Must work on the following days:

Jan 6th, 7th, and 8th. (flexible on a case-by-case basis, must be approved by our client)

Training:

Nov 10 to Nov 14 training period. Shift:

6 PM to 10 PM (Must be available for every day of Training!!!)

Hours for project: Project Hours in November: 20 hours per week up to December 26th, 2025 Project hours in December: Dec 26th to Jan 18th, 20-40 hours per week, dependent upon workload.

Note:

January 13th will start offboarding talent no longer needed. May keep others on, no guarantee.

Thanksgiving week:

Work Monday/Tuesday only (Subject to change) Holidays worked:

Equipment needed: Laptop or PC in good working condition, good internet, 2 monitors, headset, must be able to support Windows 10, and be able to download software. NO MAC computers

Overview: Provides front-line customer service support via phone to all our clients' internal and external customers. Our client, Retail Solutions, is an inventory company that provides scanners and access points to our retail clients so they can conduct a self-scan inventory. They call into the Help Desk with various questions as to how to set up the equipment and view the reporting dashboard. We walk the clients through the setup and inventory process if needed, and assist them with any questions they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Assists customers during all phases of the inventory process. 2. Assists customers with their questions about how to set up and operate our equipment to successfully conduct their inventories. 3. Coordinates internal operational activities to ensure each order/request is processed on time as agreed with the customer. 4. Prepares and enters required client information/requests into the department's database to document customer interaction and resolution. 5. Works under close supervision to answer questions regarding company products and services. 6. Directs callers to appropriate resources 7. Escalates complex questions to more senior representatives

Qualifications: 1. HS Diploma and College background REQUIRED 2. Light IT background a MUST 3. 1 YR. customer service experience is a MUST 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Computer literate; knowledge of Windows environment. (Knows what a "C" drive is) 6. Worked remotely previously, a MUST 7. Spanish helpful 8. Flexible availability (especially weekends) is a MUST Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently without distractions
