Agawam, MA Pay Rate:

$20 - $22 per hour Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Nine paid holidays annually What You'll Do: In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing, ERP data entry, and supplier coordination. You'll play a critical part in keeping operations running smoothly by supporting purchasing, logistics, and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Entry (Primary Focus):

Enter purchase orders into Great Plains (GP)/ERP system. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems. Process incoming customer orders, confirmations, and delivery schedules.

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination:

Review daily material needs; issue purchase orders. Expedite or delay deliveries as needed. Interact with suppliers for scheduling, error resolution, and credits. Maintain raw material compliance matrix and required documentation.

Logistics & Customer Service:

Follow up on purchase orders and logistics appointments. Communicate with customers to verify and clarify orders or shipments. Provide backup support to the customer service team using provided templates.

Accounting & Administrative Support (Backup):

Serve as backup for Accounts Payable/Receivable in ERP. Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and general office duties. Order and manage office supplies. Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, administrative support, or a related office role. Strong computer literacy, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Familiarity with ERP systems (Great Plains preferred). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
