Job Description
Key responsibilities: Develop and document detailed dismantle inspection and failure analysis (DIFA) reports of ESP equipment. Analyze operational data to correlate field performance with dismantle findings. Identify root causes of equipment failures and develop actionable recommendations to improve reliability. Collaborate with field operations, engineering, customers, and vendors to validate findings and implement corrective actions. Maintain and update databases with most recent DIFA reports. Prepare and present technical reports to leadership and cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during inspections and reporting. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of experience with ESP equipment and operations (preferred). Strong understanding of ESP components, failure modes, and operational diagnostics (preferred). Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (preferred). Excellent analytical, technical writing, and communication skills.
