In this role, you will be the front line of communication with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction. Provide detailed information about products and services to customers. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM systems. Collaborate with the technical support team to address and resolve product-related inquiries. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
