BigFoot Staffing is seeking a Cleanroom & Equipment Certification Technician to join a growing engineering services team. This role focuses on ensuring that client facilities and equipment meet regulatory requirements and operate according to design and owner specifications. You'll perform inspections, certifications, and functional testing for various building systems and controlled environments within pharmaceutical and related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Perform testing, certification, and maintenance of clean air hoods (biological safety cabinets, laminar flow hoods, fume hoods, etc.), including NSF-certified procedures. Conduct testing and certification of laboratory spaces and cleanrooms. Inspect and functionally test building systems, including Air, Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Power Distribution. Accurately complete all required documentation and administrative tasks. Qualifications
Required:
Technical degree (2- or 4-year) OR equivalent education, training, and related experience NSF certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency using hand tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to understand and apply technical data Problem-solving skills and willingness to continually learn new services Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (truck, hatchback, or minivan) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Willingness to travel locally with some overnight trips (up to 1 week at a time) Preferred:
Experience in a cleanroom environment Additional Information
Mileage and parking expenses reimbursed Occasional travel to the Pacific Northwest for training or client service opportunities Must pass an initial background check Pay and Benefits:
$80,000 - $100,000 DOE Great benefits package
