Summary:
Support the development of a global document hierarchy by ensuring all procedures are under one workflow. This includes supporting the development of the Global Integrated Managements System Manual and the structure of SOP's, Work Instructions, Checklists, Forms, etc. Support the review and application of customer requirements in alignment with capabilities and procedures. Define and implement guidelines on how to create procedures and the required document approval process. Support the integration of quality management systems and quality certifications for acquisitions and expansion of the global footprint. Implementation of document revision and controls across all locations. Develop and maintain a quality scorecards across all locations. Make sure the quality system requirements adhere to the certified quality standards. Develop the internal audit program that includes a defined risk audit plan across operations and manage the internal cross functional audit team. Support the development and implementation of a global internal audit program. Develop and train the internal cross functional audit team. Recommend changes to processes based upon audit findings. Define KPI for the internal audit program and drive effective corrective action plans. Work closely with the IT Team to support the development of quality tools and digitized processes. Support the training of employees on quality systems and new processes. Communicate and reinforce commitment to quality improvement efforts. Ability to digitize quality data so time to analyze defects is reduced Manage the relationship and contract with the third party registrar. Effectively manage employees (locally and/or globally) as assigned, including hiring activities, employee development, and annual target alignment and review process. Meet or exceed all company safety procedures and standards. Responsibilities:
Experienced in Quality Standards Requirements, including lead auditor qualifications, in ISO 9001:2015. Experience developing an internal audit program across multiple sites and multiple standards. Experience implementing an Integrated Management System across ISO 9001, 4001 and 45001. Experiential knowledge of quality improvement processes Experience leading, designing and implementation of a document control system. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and lead the audit team. Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in using and the development of quality tools, this includes the support and development of a Global Quality Website. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work Strong planning and implementation skills Responsive and service-oriented Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, SharePoint & SharePoint Building, Tableau or Power BI, Website designing, Sales Force. Experience working Globally with customers and teams to translate requirements. Strong Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement Experience. Proficient in Statistical analysis Techniques. Experience Managing a team. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline Minimum 10 years' experience in developing quality systems, standards, metrics and managing and implementing an audit program that includes certifications. ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification required 6 Sigma Experience preferred Global Experience preferred ISO14001 and ISO45001 experience preferred Core Competencies/Key Behaviors Additional Favored Qualifications:
