The Program Director will provide leadership and oversight for a program comprising 60+ employees and multiple subcontractors. The role involves managing a portfolio of projects up to $100 million, developing growth strategies, and serving as a Health Policy SME for value-based payment models, quality measures, and clinical initiatives. Responsibilities include staffing, business development, stakeholder communication, policy guidance, and strategic planning. Qualifications
8-10 years of experience leading large healthcare portfolios, preferably at the federal level or in contracting environments Supervisory experience required Knowledge of CMS VBP models and CMMI support experience Background in Health Informatics is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare informatics, or related field; Master’s degree and PMP preferred Reside in the DMV area and willing to travel to Baltimore, MD Additional Information
