Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and executing various events while showcasing exceptional organizational skills and creativity. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our events are memorable and aligned with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute events from conception to completion within budget and timeline. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event execution. Develop and maintain event budgets and track expenses to avoid overspending. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Manage event logistics, including catering, audiovisual, and transportation. Prepare event materials, including invitations, agendas, and promotional items.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
