(Required) Leadership Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project completion while managing resources and timelines. (Required) Strategic Thinking Capability to develop long-term strategies aligned with business objectives and technological advancements. (Required) Customer Satisfaction Skills in enhancing product features based on customer feedback to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
