Job Description: Pay Range: $85hr - $90hr Lead end-to-end modernization of BI platforms with a focus on Power BI. Migrate legacy reports and dashboards to Power BI, ensuring performance and usability. Redesign and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable solutions. Implement best practices for Power BI governance, version control, and security. Integrate Power BI with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise data sources. Conduct training and enablement sessions to promote Power BI adoption. Monitor usage and performance of Power BI reports and dashboards. Stay current with Power BI updates and recommend enhancements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in BI and analytics, with strong expertise in Power BI. Proven experience in BI modernization and migration projects. dvanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Experience with SQL, Azure Data Services, and ETL tools. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with legacy BI tools (e.g., SSRS, SAP BO, Cognos). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
