BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney in Chicago, IL, to join their team and represent clients in various personal injury cases.
Duties
Advocate for clients in court and before government entities.
Draft and prepare legal documents for clients.
Review and assess drafts of demands and discovery prepared by paralegals.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Negotiate settlements in legal disputes.
Manage administrative tasks related to legal practice.
Requirements
Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
Minimum of five first-chair jury trials to verdict in the last five years.
Access to a vehicle for travel to collar county cases.
Proficiency with case management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Skills
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in legal research and writing.
