As a SONIC Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees across multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting drive-in staff to ensure the delivery of quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, providing guests with an enjoyable experience. The key duties include:

Managing, training, and coaching General Managers, including conducting management orientation.

Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards during shifts.

Overseeing employees and managers performing duties across various stations depending on store volume, ensuring food quality, presentation, and service standards are met.

Ensuring compliance with employee handbook policies and practices.

Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly and reporting them to supervisors.

Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing and service continuity.

Monitoring cost control procedures related to food, labor, and inventory, and taking corrective actions when necessary.

Supervising vendor performance and taking corrective measures if needed.

Auditing employment and payroll records.

Focusing on guest satisfaction and responding to escalated guest requests and complaints appropriately.

Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members to maintain proper staffing levels.

Approving compensation levels within company guidelines.

Preparing operational reports and developing action plans to address financial or sales issues.

Developing and implementing regional marketing plans.

Additional Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies preferred.

Minimum of three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.

Experience in multi-unit supervision required.

Availability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and labor laws.

Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.

Basic accounting and computer skills.

Ability to work independently, multi-task, and solve problems effectively.

Adherence to company appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
