We are seeking a highly self-motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our Lead/ Demand Management function. The team generates high-quality leads for our Sales organization by optimizing lead sourcing, data, scoring, and distribution across various channels. The main focus of the role will be to: Responsibilities Design Demand Management Strategy across lead sourcing, segmentation, and routing. Set Demand Management goals and drive analytics & measurement. Develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized processes that deliver high-quality leads and optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates. Program manage key technology initiatives (1P/3P) and drive innovation in partnership with our Sales Technology teams. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative, operating independently, and achieving results in a cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and can translate findings into automation and efficiency initiatives. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where they can adapt, prioritize, and execute business outcomes with operational rigor. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics to develop our overall Lead Management Strategy. This role requires end-to-end ownership of our Lead Management objectives, either by leading initiatives directly or influencing outcomes through others. Your strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills will help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Work closely with teams in Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve lead generation efforts, focusing on quality, quantity, and channel optimization. Develop and implement a comprehensive lead management strategy to capture, qualify, and distribute leads effectively. Review current processes, analyze data flows, identify opportunities for efficiency, and improve processes and approaches. Design new global process flows and support the development of internal tools, CRM, and third-party solutions, leading implementation in partnership with Product/Engineering. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing long-term solutions with continuous improvements and tactical wins. Communicate regularly with stakeholders across Sales to define the Operations roadmap, execute projects, and establish feedback loops. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Engineering, Legal, and Privacy to ensure effective project execution. Synthesize project data for leadership to support data-driven decision-making regarding the global operating model. Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. The expected base pay ranges are: Bay Area California: $164,500 - $223,000 Southern California: $147,000 - $199,000 Pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a numerate or business-related field (e.g., Business Management, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems). 5+ years of experience in roles such as Product Management, Business Operations, or Consulting. Experience in process design, standardization, and continuous improvement. Experience working with internal product teams on tool development projects or third-party solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights. Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment. Stakeholder management experience, especially across Sales and Product teams. Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and ability to communicate complex information clearly. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing lead management and demand generation strategies for software or tech products/services. MBA or advanced degree in an analytical field.
