We are seeking a highly self-motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our Lead/ Demand Management function. The team generates high-quality leads for our Sales organization by optimizing lead sourcing, data, scoring, and distribution across various channels. The main focus of the role will be to: Design Demand Management Strategy across lead sourcing, segmentation, and routing Set Demand Management goals and drive analytics & measurement Develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized processes that deliver high-quality leads and optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates Program manage key technology initiatives (1P/3P) and drive innovation in partnership with Sales Technology teams This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative, operating independently, and achieving results in a cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and can translate findings into automation and efficiency initiatives. Additionally, they should be adaptable, able to prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting. You will collaborate with teams in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics to develop our Lead Management Strategy. This role involves end-to-end ownership of Lead Management objectives, either by leading initiatives directly or influencing outcomes through others. Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills are essential for success. Responsibilities Work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve lead generation effectiveness, focusing on quality, quantity, and channel mix Develop and implement a comprehensive lead management strategy for capturing, qualifying, and distributing leads Drive operational excellence through process review, data analysis, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and process improvements Design new global process flows and supporting tools/CRM/3rd party tools, leading implementation with Product/Engineering Manage multiple projects, balancing long-term solutions with continuous improvements and tactical wins Communicate regularly with stakeholders to define the Operations roadmap, execute projects, and establish feedback loops Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Engineering, Legal, and Privacy to ensure effective project execution Synthesize project insights for leadership to inform decisions on the global operating model The compensation package includes a competitive base pay, bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. The expected base pay ranges are: Bay Area California: $164,500 - $223,000 Southern California: $147,000 - $199,000 Pay is determined by experience, skills, and location. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field 5+ years in Product Management, Business Operations, or Consulting roles Experience in process design, standardization, and continuous improvement Experience working with internal product teams on tool development or third-party solutions Strong problem-solving skills with business insights and recommendations Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a cross-functional setting Stakeholder management experience, especially with Sales and Product teams Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience in lead management and demand generation for software or tech products MBA or advanced degree in an analytical field Experience with various Sales Go-To-Market strategies Change Management experience Experience working in global, matrix organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
