The Genesis Cancer Care Institute, accredited by multiple national organizations, is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in the Quad Cities area of Iowa the largest metropolitan area on the Mississippi River between Minneapolis and St. Louis.
This position involves providing patient-centered care at our Davenport location with the potential to cover at our Clinton and Silvis clinics. We pride ourselves on teamwork and collaboration, aimed at delivering high-quality cancer care close to home.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide oncology care primarily at the Davenport clinic with flexibility to cover Clinton and Silvis locations.
- Deliver team-based, patient and family-centered care.
- Engage in collaborative services including radiation oncology, clinical trials, and dietary consultations.
- Support patients and families through education and emotional support.
- Work alongside a team of Physicians and Nurse Practitioners in a community-based environment.
- Participate in a physician-led medical group promoting wellness, leadership, and work-life balance.
- Master s and/or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Oncology Nurse Practitioner experience.
- Willingness to travel between Davenport, Clinton, and Silvis clinics.
- Clean malpractice history is preferred.
- Active IA and IL Nurse Practitioner licenses (or commitment to obtain).
- DEA Verbal Confirmation (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Controlled Substance Registration (CSR/CDS or ability to obtain prior to start).
