The Genesis Cancer Care Institute, a recognized leader in cancer treatment, is looking for an additional Hematology/Oncology physician to enhance our dedicated team of professionals. Our community-based hospital program operates with clinics located in Davenport and Clinton, Iowa, along with Silvis, Illinois. We provide advanced technology and collaborative services, ensuring quality care for our patients.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide leading patient care utilizing advanced technology for radiation oncology, genetic testing, clinical trials, and infusion resources.
- Cover offices in Davenport and Clinton, Iowa.
- Conduct inpatient consultations primarily at Genesis Medical Center in Davenport.
- Share on-call duties with fellow physicians.
- Engage in a physician-led medical group promoting wellness and work-life balance.
- Collaborate with a hospitalist team providing inpatient support.
- Enjoy the autonomy to build your desired practice while benefiting from a cohesive team environment.
- Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology (must become Board Certified within one year of employment).
- Must hold a valid Iowa and Illinois medical license (or be willing to obtain).
- DEA and CSR/CDA certifications required (or ability to obtain before start).
- Clean malpractice history preferred.
- Availability for shared on-call duties.
