• Practice Model: Solo Provider (remote physician available for escalation)
• Telemedicine: Physician available remotely for support
• EMR: Epic
PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: All ages
• Patient Volume: 3 4 patients per hour
• Case Mix: Cold/flu, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, minor burns, splinting
• Procedures: Orthopedic splinting, wound care
• Acuity Level: Low High acuity referred to ER
FACILITY INFORMATION
• Reason for Coverage: Team Growth
• Support Staff: Medical Assistants and Radiology Techs on-site
• Staffing: 1 3 providers per day
• Remote Physician: Available for escalation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active PA NP License required
• Board Status: Board Certified
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Urgent Care or 1 year in Emergency Medicine
• Skills: Comfortable with all ages, wound care, orthopedic procedures (splinting)
