TLC Nursing Associates, Inc.
TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a professional and organized Licensed Practical Nurse - Outpatient to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses to deliver clinical support and administrative assistance in managing routine visits, procedures, and patient education.
Job Responsibilities

• Room patients and collect vital signs, medical history, and reason for visit.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and perform treatments as ordered by the provider.
• Assist with minor office procedures and prepare exam rooms accordingly.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, referrals, and patient education as directed.
• Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintain clean, stocked clinical areas.
• Support clinical workflows to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient or ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and basic medical office protocols.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
