Job Description:

The University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville, Department of Surgery is seeking a full-time academic breast surgeon at the non-tenure accruing level of Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor. Our team at UF Health Jacksonville is a highly skilled group of surgeons who work alongside a talented multidisciplinary team approach to breast care.

Major responsibilities include providing the highest quality care for our breast surgical oncology patients, building a robust practice, teaching, and research.

Candidates should have a MD/DO in General Surgery and be able to obtain a Florida Medical License.

Preferred Qualifications:

BE/BC is preferred. Prefer a completed fellowship in Surgical Oncology / Breast Surgery. Experience in building a practice in a competitive environment is preferred.
