A respected cardiology practice in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Cardiac Sonographer to support its growing patient volume. Key Responsibilities
- Perform transthoracic echocardiograms and assist with stress and transesophageal echocardiography as needed
- Evaluate cardiac structure and function using ultrasound imaging
- Prepare patients and explain procedures with clarity and compassion
- Collaborate with cardiologists for accurate image interpretation
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment
- Document findings and maintain image records in the PACS system
- Flexible part-time scheduling with consistent patient volume
- Work with a well-regarded cardiology group in the Dallas area

Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Certification as RDCS (via ARDMS) or RCS (via CCI)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in cardiac sonography
- Current BLS certification
- Completion of the SPI exam (if ARDMS certified)
- Texas medical imaging license or eligibility to obtain
- Excellent patient care skills and attention to detail
