nnPosition Summary:
nnVitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - Cath Lab to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading Hospital in Salisbury, NC. nnKey Responsibilities:
nn• Assist providers while performing diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures
• Scrub and circulate IR/Cath Lab procedures and cardiology procedures
• Maintain sterile field during procedures
• Perform EKG lead placement
• Provide support for urgent/emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures
• Work with combo lab procedures (IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP) with 90% IR focus
• Operate specialized equipment including GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, Canon and GE Labs
• Utilize equipment such as Angio Jet, Penumbra, EKOS, Inari, CSI Atherectomy System
• Support procedures involving device implants (PPM, ICD)
• Maintain ACLS, BCLS, and ARRT or RCIS certifications
• Provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Complete required pre-start and annual training modules
• Participate in on-call coverage on weekly basis every third week
• Respond to STEMI callbacks within 30 minutes
• Work as part of three-member team with minimum one RN
• Adhere to fatigue policy of no more than 5 consecutive days or 60 hours per week
• Work 2 out of 3 major holidays as required
• Complete orientation training (40-80 hours)
• Maintain current state licensure (NC or Compact license)
Job Requirements:

- Active, unencumbered license in NC n
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty n
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements n
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable) n

- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format) n
- Two current clinical references n
- State-required professional license n
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months) n
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months) n
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted) n
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations n
- Must pass background check and drug screening n
