Job Title: MRI Technologist

Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association ONLY), ARRT Certification preferred
Must-Have: GE or Siemens MRI scanner experience
Description:
We are seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team.
You must have an associate degree in magnetic resonance imaging or radiology.
Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is a plus.
Our ideal candidate knows how to operate the MRI machine efficiently.
You must be able to make patients feel comfortable before and during the scanning procedure.
Coordinating with the patient's physician to ensure timely receipt of results is essential.
Familiarity with medical terminology is required.
You must be able to stand for extended periods.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility.
Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging.
Prepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortable.
Document all procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information.
Perform patient care tasks as needed.
Specific equipment expertise required includes:
All Non-Contrast exams, Routine MSK, Neuro, Spine, and occasional body MRI.
