Interventional Rad Tech - Diagnostic

Position: Interventional Rad Tech
Location: Bronx, NY
Pay Rate: $60/HR
Schedule: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Duties:
- An interventional radiology technologist will assists interventional radiologists with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that use instruments to treat conditions in the body.
- Responsible for operating and maintaining specialized imaging equipment, administering contrast dyes, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) year of experience using angiographic equipment, balloon angioplasty and stenting.
- A valid license and current registration to practice Diagnostic Radiography as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the NYSDOH
- Possession of a current advanced-level certification from ARRT is required.
- Eligible Advanced Certifications from ARRT include the following: (only one (1) certification below is required) ARRT (CI) - Cardiac Interventional Radiology ARRT (CV) - Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology ARRT (VI) - Vascular Interventional Radiology
