Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in Washington, District of Columbia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/15/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Job Requirements: Licenses/Certifications: ARRT (MR) (required) BLS (required) DC State License Experience: Minimum 2 years MRI tech experience Experience with adult ICU, ER/Trauma (Trauma Level I required) Preferred experience in charge roles and teaching hospital environments Must have experience with Cerner charting system Experience with Siemens MRI equipment and PACS Skills: Strong MRI imaging knowledge across multiple areas: Abdomen and Pelvis (including MRA, MRV, MRCP) Head and Neck, Brain, Spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) Chest, Breast, Cardiac MRI (stress and non-stress) Musculoskeletal imaging (foot, hand, hip, knee, shoulder, etc.) Advanced imaging techniques like CINE, Diffusion, Gradient Echo, Perfusion, MIP, MRP Preparation/administering contrast media Radiation safety Peripheral IV starts 11 Additional Requirements: Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)nnCOVID vaccine nnNo on-call or weekend requirements (weekends voluntary)nnNo float required About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
