What Youll Do
Digital Media & Content Coordination
Video Production & Archiving: Record and archive classes and rehearsals with precision. Editing expertise is essential.
Online Classes: Professionally manage and record online mime classes.
Content Creation: Develop and edit engaging video content from classes and rehearsals for social media platforms.
Social Media Management:
Post weekly on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to grow our presence.
Track and analyze performance metrics to improve strategy.
Oversee and optimize social media ads for maximum reach and engagement.
Website Updates: Keep our Squarespace website fresh and up-to-date with compelling content.
Lighting & Sound Technician Duties
Operate lighting, sound, and projectors during studio events, classes, and rehearsals.
Ensure all technical aspects run smoothly to enhance performances and recordings.
What Were Looking For
Proven expertise in video recording, editing, and publishing across social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills to manage video archives and deliver creative projects.
Experience with social media ads, analytics tools, and audience growth strategies.
Familiarity with lighting and sound equipment operation for live performances.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Squarespace, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and is a plus.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and creative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
