About the Role The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Individual Giving to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and nurturing external relationships to grow and diversify major donor and planned giving support. This role is pivotal in partnering with the Board, senior leadership, and staff to identify and build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, with a focus on raising annual philanthropic revenue through transformational large gifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the organization's mission, extensive experience in strategic fundraising, and a proven record of success in various giving levels, particularly high-net-worth giving. They should also possess deep knowledge of fundraising principles, ethics, and best practices, and be adept at using data-driven strategies to cultivate and expand the donor base.
