About the Role
We are seeking an motivated Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities to be a key player in our mission to combat homelessness and housing instability. In this vital role, you will provide innovative leadership in real estate development, facilities management, and asset management. Your commitment to ensuring high-quality projects that comply with all relevant laws and regulations is essential.
You will collaborate closely with both internal and external partners to expand our housing and shelter development initiatives that prioritize the needs of vulnerable populations. Maintaining our facilities to the highest standards and advocating for our real estate initiatives will be an important aspect of your role. We are looking for candidates who have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with substantial leadership experience in developing and preserving affordable housing.
A genuine passion for affordable housing, community development, and urban planning is essential, as is experience in securing sustainable financing for housing projects. You should have a deep understanding of local and federal housing regulations, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
The Senior Vice President will play a pivotal role in identifying development opportunities and ensuring that all real estate activities align with our strategic objectives.
