The ideal candidate is not just a technical SQL developer but someone who can combine technical proficiency with a strong understanding of business processes and cross-application integrations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize complex reports using OBIEE SQL and BI Publisher (BIP). Understand how different Oracle applications (GL, AR, AP, Projects, Payroll, Expenses, HR) fit together from a business perspective. Translate business needs into technical solutions by creating cross-functional reports that connect multiple subject areas. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure reporting solutions align with business operations. Continuously explore and adopt new approaches to coding and reporting for efficiency and scalability. Requirements: Strong SQL development skills with proven experience in OBIEE SQL and BIP report development. Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion across Finance and HR modules. Solid understanding of how transactional data flows between modules and impacts business processes. Ability to think beyond technical developmentunderstanding business context, usage, and outcomes. Open-minded, eager to learn, and adaptable to new tools, processes, and approaches. Seniority level
