As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and oversee critical financial administrative functions. Job Description

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. Manage all aspects of A/P and A/R processes, including vendor invoicing, job costing, billing, and collections. Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll, including certified payroll for public projects. Maintain accurate financial records and reports for projects and company expenses. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications on behalf of executives. Assist in preparing budgets, proposals, and financial documentation. Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments. Ensure compliance with internal policies and construction industry regulations. 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Manager role within the building and construction industry. Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (including certified payroll). Proficiency in construction management or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Procore, Sage, Foundation, or similar). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Exceptional written and verbal communication skill. Familiarity with AIA billing and lien waivers. Experience supporting job costing and budget tracking. Notary Public (a plus, but not required). What's on Offer
